Refund policy

Ralph works with a print-on-demand supplier, Printful, to fulfill orders. They do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement. For more details, click here.

If a shipping carrier is unable to deliver an order due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, it’ll be returned to the manufacturing facility and held for up to 30 days with no charge. You will not have to repay for your purchase, although re-shipping charges will apply.
